RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (EXCHANGE OR REFUND)
Please read our Return Policy carefully. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received it. The product will be inspected and must meet all our evaluation criteria, which are:
i) Include the purchase receipt in the package
ii) Products must not show any evidence of wear
iii) The product must not have tears, deformations, scratches, signs of crushing, discolorations, stains, humidity, burns, etc.
iv) It must be returned with all original tags.
v) The product must be in its original packaging, including all ornaments to maintain the hat's shape and its original shipping box.
To start a return, you must contact us at info@bracsmenco.com and provide your phone number, a photo of the purchase receipt, and the reason for the return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. (Including the best pictures of the item will help us assist you better.)
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable for a different size of the same product, and the customer is responsible for paying the price difference if applicable. We will not be responsible if the requested size is out of stock or if the product has been discontinued.
Exchanges are processed within approximately three to seven business days after we receive your merchandise.
Refunds
Each refund will incur a fee of $10.00, which is the customer's responsibility to cover before sending the product back to our store. After evaluation, the results will be communicated to the customer via the email provided within 3 days after we receive the product.
We will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded, but we are not obligated to refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@bracsmenco.com.
